Biography

Ziyan Kassam is currently a medical student in her 5th year at King’s

College London. She has a great interest in cardiothoracic and vascu-

lar surgery, and has participated in a number of research projects. Her

interest in this project stemmed from reading about the controversy

surrounding the long-term complications that followed endovascular

repair.
