(31.73±5.22; 14.67±3.27, p=0,025). This study concluded that group-III (EDBB) has the best efficacy as analgesic

compared to the group-II (positive control/paracetamol) and group-I (placebo) in decreasing the writhing response

and migration of leukocyte to the inflamed tissue.
