A

new and exciting treatment involves the use of PRP to enhance female

sexual function and activate the female orgasm system. 40% of women

have psychological distress from female sexual dysfunction and only 14%

will consult a physician about sex. 5% of women have difficulty or complete

inability to experience orgasm. PRP has been shown to have no serious

side effects and to be effective in multiple studies for the treatment of soft

tissue wounds such as joint injury, dental surgery and a variety os cosmetic

procedures. Pluripotent stem cells exposed to PRP activate and develop into

new tissue, nerve collagen and blood vessels. The purpose of this presentation

is to demonstrate the efficacy of this new non surgical tool to treat patients

with female sexual dysfunction and urinary incontinence.
