world. It is a chronic and advanced disease that correlates with bone loss

(BMD) and bone marrow microscopic deviation. Gene therapy is a new method

for the treatment of osteoporosis, and its main function is to restore the

interaction of metabolism. It has now been widely accepted that osteoporosis

is an important disorder caused by interactions between the environment and

genes that has a negative effect on the bone mass and other aspects of bone
