Special Issue: MITCOV19: Mitigating COVID-19, Flattening the Trajectory

 

The novel corona virus 2019-nConV has been recognized as a highly pathogenic virus that infects the human respiratory tract and has high morbidity and mortality. The 2019-nCoV is a huge burden on health-care facilities causing approximately 2.1% mortality so far. Our recent publication related to this pandemic was “Novel Corona-virus Transmission and Prevention”. This research review summarized (i) improving preparedness with enhanced surveillance in particular regions; and (ii) challenging certain sentinel groups for surveillance in hot spots. Our upcoming research articles are: 1. Is There a Benefit in Using Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (Ibuprofen, Naproxen) in the Prevention of Cytokine Storms in the Treatment Against an Individual who is Infected with COVID-19? 2. Dapsone Old Drug Can Be Useful In Management of COVID 19.

Journal of Preventive Medicine is one of the most highly cited journals in the field of Medicine, particularly focusing on Intermittent Preventive Treatment, Public Health and Preventive Medicine, Preventive Healthcare.
