Special Issue: Challenges and Role of Health workers and Nurses during COVID19 pandemic

Journal of Nursing and Health Studies

Journal of Nursing and Health Studies is pleased to inform about the special issue on "Challenges and Role of Health workers and Nurses during COVID19 pandemic ".

We have seen an unprecedented levels of overwork by nurses, midwives, doctors particularly those specialised in intensive care units, those in management or those most directly involved in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Health professionals work without adequate time for rest and recuperation, without support and assistance, with limited considerations for their mental health and wellbeing.

However, the growing concerning attacks against health workers during  the pandemic, is a potential risk, as opposed to being a solution to COVID-19 ; where people should acknowledge the fact that where would we have been without our nurses and midwives during this pandemic ?

With the same purpose our Journal “Journal of Nursing and Health Studies” is announcing Special issue Call for paper on “Challenges and Role of Health workers and Nurses during COVID19 pandemic  ”. We welcome both solicited and unsolicited submissions that will contribute to this special issue.
