Tourette’s Disorder

Tourette’s Disorder is neurological disorder affecting the brain and nervous system. It is characterized by repetitive, stereotyped, involuntary movements and vocalizations called tics. For example a person may repeatedly blink eyes, shrug his shoulders or jerk his head. Signs of Tourette’s syndrome show up between the age group of 2 to 12. Sometimes this disorder may be associated with OCD or ADHD.
