Prediabetes means having blood sugar levels that are higher than normal but not yet in the territory of diabetes you can easily make changes that will improve your health and lower your risk of developing diabetes and related complications. Prediabetic diet should include whole grains (whole grain bread, oats, brown rice) fruits (apple banana or orange, berries, plums kiwi fruit) and vegetables, nuts, eliminate trans fats.
