Neurogenomics is defined as interface of neurobiology and genome sciences. It gives idea about of how the genome as a whole contributes to the evolution, development, structure, and function of the nervous system. A main objective in neurogenomics is the isolation of genes linked to neurological diseases such as epilepsy, Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases.
