Inorganic Supplements

IInorganic supplements are defined as those nutraceuticals which are given nutritional balance of a person. Supplements will be given in the form of suspensions, tonics and powders.Following are the examples for inorgainc supplements:

a.Calcium citrate is calcium carbonate processed with lactic and citric acids.  It is used to alter the baking properties of flour.

b.Calcium glycerophosphate is calcium carbonate processed with dl-alpha-glycerophosphates.  It is used in dentifrices, baking powder, and as a food stabilizer
