Ophthalmology is the branch of internal medicine that deals with the study of eyes and related structures. In detail, it includes the study of anatomy, physiology and diseases of eye. The physician, who specialises in the field of ophthalmology are called ophthalmologist. An ophthalmologist deals with both medical and surgical problems of eye. Ophthalmology includes both human and animal eyes. Specialized cases, that ophthalmologists use to face during clinical and experimental studies provides details about disorders relating to eye and such reports are found to be effective to diagnosis and treatment other similar cases. Such reports are called ophthalmology case reports, which are having immense importance in ophthalmological health and disorders.
