Biography

Dr. Lee received his B.S. degree from ChungAng University, Seoul, Korea. Then, he pursued M.Ed from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea.She went on to obtain her Ph.D. degree from Medical College of Georgia, Augusta, GA.

Research Interest

Dr Lee's research interests lie in the field of DNA double-strand repair. Currently, understanding the mechanism that modulates the pathway choice between non-homologous end-joining (NHEJ) and homologous recombination (HR) for the repair of DNA double strand breaks (DSBs) is of particular interest.
