Research Interest
My current research program is aimed at elucidating the role Gadd45 genes play in hematopoietic cell development, and growth arrest, senescence and apoptosis in general, as well as understanding how genetic lesions that impair Gadd45 gene expression or function, contribute to oncogenesis and inflammation, with an emphasis on blood cell malignancies and breast cancer.
