He worked as an Advisor at UNFPA, Nigeria during April 1996 – September 2001 (5 years 6 months) and is a Packard-Gates Fellow for Population Leadership Programme at WACP, University of Washington, Seattle, USA during November 2001 – August 2002 (10 months).
