Biography | ||
Dr Brad Farrant took up his current position as a Senior Research Officer in the Human Capability Team in 2010. Prior to joining the Telethon Kids Institute he completed a Bachelor of Science with Honours and a PhD in Developmental Psychology at the University of Western Australia. His research focuses on the important role that early childhood experience plays in preparing children for school as well as for social and behavioural development throughout the school years. He is also interested in how broader ecological factors like biodiversity loss, population growth and climate change will interact to affect children's development now and in the future
