Synchronous systems, on the other hand, provide a completely shared workspace that is always available to all users, where work products are generated and evaluated in a collaborative environment with little task separation, and then merged by joint team decisions.

This section will go through some of the collaboration tools, platforms, and settings, as well as cooperative problem working and software development.
