The aim of presentation consist of Food, Microbiology, health, daily life, employment, income, economy, financial crisis, global poverty and hunger were studied and reported that Food and Microbiology is the major Industry for the development of health, basic need of daily life, create employment, generate income, stronger economy, reduction in financial crisis, global poverty and hunger in the world. The study reported that food is any substance consumed to provide Nutritional support and contains essential nutrients such as carbohydrate, lipids, protein, vitamins, and minerals. The major sources of Food are plants and animals. Most of the food has its origin in plants. Some food is obtained directly from plants but even animals that are use as a food source or as by feeding them food derived from plants Serial grain is a staple food that provides more food energy worldwide that other types of crops. The healthy and balanced diets from food groups including the different agro Base industries like livestock and dairy development, poultry, aqua culture, api culture, crop production. The study further reported that Microbiology consist of the two words, ie Microbio means microorganisms, logy means study. The Scientific study of microorganism is called Microbiology. Similarly, microorganism, those organisms which can be seen only with the help of microscope & cannot be seen with naked eyes are called micro organisms. Examples, virus, Bacteria, Fungi and parasites. The study reported that fundamental understanding of how a cell works has come through the study of microorganisms. But Microbiology also is an applied science, helping Agriculture, health and medicine and maintenance of the environment, as well as the Biotechnology industry Microorganisms are extremely important in our everyday lives. In the light of the above study, it is proposed that Food and Microbiology should be commercialised for the development of health, basic need of daily life, create employment, generate income, stronger economy, reduction in financial crisis, global poverty and hunger in the world.
