Introduction

Der Chemica Sinica (IPDCS) a rapid peer reviewed, international journal which focuses on different fields of chemistry Agrochemistry, General Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Geochemistry, Environmental Chemistry, Green Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Petroleum Chemistry, Kinetics, Agricultural Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Astrochemistry, Nanochemistry, Biochemistry, and the list is unlimting. It’s aim is to bring all various fields of chemistry learning at one place. We are pleased to announce that, all issues of volume were published online well within the time and the print issues were also brought out and dispatched within 30 days of publishing the issue online during the year of 2019.

The journal invites manuscripts on current outbreak COVID-19 pandemic. Knowing the serious ness in the issue we would focus on peer-review of these articles without delay. The world needs more innovations and genuine research outputs at this point of crisis.

The Journal Impact factor is 0.676. All published articles of this journal are included in the indexing and abstracting coverage of Index Copernicus, Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS), Directory of Research Journal Indexing (DRJI), Google Scholar, Global Impact Factor (GIF), Open J Gate, Secret Search Engine Labs, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), Geneva Foundation for Medical Education and Research, Genamics, JournalSeek.

During the calendar year 2019, IPDCS received a total of 35 papers, out of which 25 articles (70%) were rejected in the preliminary screening due to plagiarism or being out of the format and peer review process. During 2019 around 10 articles were subjected for publication after they are accepted in the peer review process. Globally our articles have been accessed by the many research scientists and also cited.

Our esteemed Editorial board consists of 40 members and is classified in to Editor-in Chief, Executive Editors and board members whose constant support to the journal is appreciable. I would also like to express my gratitude to all the Editorial board members, reviewers, authors, the publisher, the office bearers for their support in bringing out best standards of the journal. During the calendar year 2019, a total of two Editors, seven Reviewers joined the board of IPDCS and contributed their valuable services towards contribution as well as publication of articles, and their valuable reviewer comments will beneficial to publish quality of article in the journal.

The qualitative data provided by the journal is possible through the peer-review process done by our unbiased reviewers which reflects in the increase in citations of the journal and articles. According to the Google Analytics, more than 57753 readers are visiting to our journal websites which can be accessed at Google Analytics of Der Chemica Sinica.

We reach out to researchers in different parts of the world through social media platforms such as twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook so that our journal has an information that is diverse. The journal has a good following on social media (more than 3000 followers on twitter) and supported by some good institutes.
