Objective To explore the relationship nurses’ perceived professional benefits, perceived organizational support and turnover intention of clinical nurses and to provide reliable basis for optimizing. Methods Convenience cluster sampling method was adopted to investigate 355 nurses from 3 national hospitals in Quzhou from March 2018 to May 2019.Nurses’ Perceived Professional Benefits Scale (NPPB), Perceived Organizational Support Scale (POS) and Turnover Intention Scale (TIS) were used. SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0 software were used to analyze the correlation and mediating effect.
