Promotion of recycle of Carbon, Nitrogen and Phosphorus is essential for protection of global warming and increase of National Wealth

Burning of fossil is increasing. Production of CO2 and NOx is increasing. Increased CO2 and NOx promoted the CO2 assimilation. Developing countries like China, India, Indonesia, and Vietnam are using NOx, NP as fertilizer for plant and plankton growth and getting much grain and fish .These countries electricity price is low and GDP increase rate is high and increasing national wealth. Produced CO2 is fixed by CO2 assimilation at his countries.

But developed countries considered NOx and NP as pollution substances and started elimination of NOx and NP at around 1980. 6 billion tonnes NOx and 2 billion ton NP are eliminated. ThenCO2 assimilation is retarded. CO2 fix is retarded. CO2 is increasing. Food like grain, fish production is retarded. DGP increase rate decreased. Japan is eliminating NOx and NP almost completely using much fossil and producing much CO2 for the elimination of NOx, NP. GWPR (CO2 emission/CO2 fix) of Japan is 3.3 highest in the world and national wealth is decreasing. If developed countries stop NOx, NP elimination, global warming will stop and national wealth will increase.
