The nurse navigator has a basic role in the updated nursing practice as it serves the patient need from the beginning of hospital admission and may be before that to till the end of the patient illness, the nurse navigator began in the cancer hospital to serve the special needs of those patients as they have detriment needs of other patients After that the ANA began to widen the role of the nurse navigator for a variety of nursing aspects, I think that the nurse navigator is the future face of the nursing practice as it could affect the patient hospitalization cost of medication, the hospital readmission and more
