MORPHOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF SUPRA SCAPULAR NOTCH

Suprascapular notch (SSN) is present at the
lateral end of the superior border of the scapula. It is
bridged by the supascapular ligament. Suprascapular nerve
passes inferior to the ligament and suprascapular vessels
passed above the suprascapular ligament. Entrapment
neuropathy is common due to entrapment of the
suprascapular nerve here .
