MICROBIOLOGICAL ANALYSIS OF WATERS OF RIVER NERODIME (KOSOVO) DURING SPRING SEASON 2008

AbstractThe main objective of this investigation is to estimate the quality of water of river “Nerodime ” during spring season, 2008. The spring river is located in south-east part of Kosovo, who passes nearby the village Nerodime. Samples for microbiological analyses are collected in three localities along the river. Based on obtained results led us to conclude: The waters of river “Nerodime” it is polluted by bacteria at all localities. Registered relatively higher number of all microorganism, at all locality. On base of coliform bacteria according to Tumpling system the waters of “Nerodime” river belongs at second class of pollution.
