Breast Cancer Research

Research has 3 phases. First phase to induce breast cancer in rabbit model with omega 3 fatty acids. Second phase to detect protein expressions changes to identify causative and preventive key protein by multi-bio-marker analysis in breast tissue during tumor development and treatment. Third phase to treat invasive breast cancer with Blue Light biological injections. Experiments: We chosed 13 female rabbits for test and 11 for control. Breeds: Mostly dutch black. Weight: One and a half kg. We took fish liver oil made in China by Spic company. Fish liver oil contains omega 3 fatty acids and some vitamins. In the first session we injected omega 3 into mammary glands of 13 female rabbits 1 ml a day upto six days. In the second session we injected 1 ml after every 7 days. Total injected dose of omega 3 fatty acids in a single mammary gland of an individual rabbit is 12 ml. Resusts: All of 13 test rabbits developed breast tumors. 3 of 13 test rabbits died and 1 rabbit developed whole body paralysis. Paralyzed rabbit also died after 7 days. Microscopy 9 alive test rabbits under went fine needle and core needle biopsy to confirm diagnosis. Microscopic examination of breast and axillary lymph nodes tumors of 9 test rabbits revealed that 2 of 9 test rabbits labelled as LT2, LT4 developed invasive ductal carcinoma of breast For control We injected distilled water into mammary glands of 11 control rabbits in the same quantity and same way as we injected omega 3. All of 11 control rabbits developed slightly breast Inflammation. After 2 months all control rabbits were slaughtered to obtain experimented mammary glands for histopathological examination. Microscopy revealed that none of 11 control rabbits developed breast cancer. Multi Biomarker Study Multi bio marker analysis of breast tumors of both LT2 and LT4 rabbit revealed that different stages of breast cancer development show different oncoproteins overexpression. In early cancer development neutroxin overexpresses and in advanced stage cancer Bruixan overexpresses. BLIP downexpresses in both stages of cancer. On the basis of animal experiments We claim here neutroxin is oncoprotein that promotes breast cancer development. Bruixan is high grade oncoprotein that promotes breast cancer metastasis and results in death. And BLIP is Tumor suppressor protein that inhibits breast cancer development and metastasis. Most of normal tissues and breast tissue usually show overexpression of BLIP protein. BLIP overexpression plays key role in breast cancer prevention. If BLIP protein gets downregulated upto very low level in breast tissue. Then there will be nothing that could stop breast cancer development and metastasis. Through animal experimental study we observed that the accumulation of omega 3 fatty acids in rabbits breast tissues downregulates BLIP tumor suppressor protein and increases the expresseion of neutroxin and bruixan oncoproteins. These are the key protein expression changes that leads to breast cancer development and metastasis. Multi biomarker study of human breast cancer revealed that human breast tumors have also same biochemical changes as omega 3 induced breast tumors of rabbit models have. Such as In early stage cancer neutroxin overexpression and in the advanced stage cancer Bruixan over expression with downexpression of BLIP. Omega 3 induced breast cancer is perfect model to test new medicine. Successful treatment of rabbit model will be equally beneficial for human breast cancer due to having same causative and preventive key factors. Treatment of rabbit model's metastatic breast cancer with Blue Light biological injection.Below pictures reveal a great regression in metastatic breast cancer in lymph node after 4 months treatment with Blue Light biological injection. Cancer cells decreased in a great numbers and cancer cells are undergoing nuclear fragmentation. Treatment. In the first session we injected Blue Light plant-compound into breast and axillary lymph node tumors 1 ml after every 15 days upto 3 months in an individual rabbit. Breast and axillary lymph node tumors of both rabbits were regressed more than 50% after 3 months treatment. Breast incisional and axillary lymph node excisional biopsy was performed for histopathological study to Blue Light injection response after 3 months treatment. Histopathological study. Results: 1 of 4 malignant tumors was completely gone from axillary lymph node and other 3 tumors from breast and axillary lymph node were reduced after 3 months treatment. LT2 rabbit had large breast tumor 5 cm in diameter. We decided to perform long term treatment and study to evaluate efficacy and toxicity of Blue Light injection. Continuous injecting Blue Light into breast tumor resulted in continuous reduction in tumor size. Breast invasive tumor was reduced upto few mm from 5 cm within 10 months after recieving 14 ml Blue Light injection. And LT2 rabbit did not develope any heamotological toxicity as well. Conclusion On the basis of scientific experiments we claim here marine omega 3 fatty acid causes breast cancer and promotes metastasis by blocking the production of BLIP tumor suppressor protein. Multi biomarker study revealed that there is hundred percent proteins expression similarity between human and omega 3 induced breast cancer of rabbit models. Such as overexpresseion of neutroxin and Bruixan oncoprotiens and downexpression of BLIP tumor suppressor protein. These key factors lead to breast cancer development and metastasis. We claim here we also found cure for Bruixan high grade oncoprotein positive metastatic breast cancer. We successfully treated rabbit model breast cancer and metastasis with ( BL- Biological-therapy ). It restores and upregulates BLIP protein and targets Bruixan and induces apoptosis in breast cancer cells. This study revealed Blue light can reverse breast cancer upto zero point without involvement of radical surgery and radiation. It can be fast working breast conserving treatment of the present time. Biography: Dr. M Farooq Butt is working at Cancer Care Hospital and Research Center Lahore, Pakistan
