Symptoms of hyperviscosity include dizziness, tinnitus blurry vision, sluggish mentationïÿý? fatigue, headache, acral paresthesias, myalgias nausea, and dyspnea. Although phlebotomy does not have a role in stroke prevention among patients with cyanotic CHD, it has been used to counter symptoms of hyper viscosity.
